2025 Leadership Training
A three-phase, 18-month program for 60 Tomorrow's Women alumni
Our comprehensive, USAID-funded programming on the ground in Israel/Palestine was canceled in February 2025 before it could begin. We successfully fundraised $100,365 through a generous $50,000 match that was unlocked by our devoted community of small donors. Thanks to this incredible show of support, we're able to move forward with meaningful programming on the ground in Palestine/Israel in 2025.
Program Journey:

Israeli and Palestinian participants will engage in three uni-national retreats focused on trauma-healing, self-reflection, and exploring regional history through multiple perspectives.

Participants will then select one of three bi-national capacity-building tracks:

Intensive Arabic or Hebrew language acquisition

Dialogue Facilitation Certification

Digital Media Activism training

Trained alumni will facilitate 30 community dialogue circles, directly engaging 600 family and community members in constructive conversation.

The program culminates in a powerful day-long event bringing together alumni, families, and community members.
