TW is Hiring a Peace Ambassador Facilitator
The Peace Ambassador Facilitator role with Tomorrow's Women (TW) guides a cohort of 12-15 high school aged young women, including trans and nonbinary young people, through a six-month leadership training program focusing on emotional resilience, conflict transformation, and peacebuilding through the lens of the Israeli and Palestinian conflict. The Peace Ambassador program builds skills in emotional resilience, critical thinking, public speaking, teambuilding, allyship, and community engagement. Get more detail and application instructions.

Applications open for Peace Ambassadors 2026
The Peace Ambassador Program teaches and develops skills in leadership, emotional resiliency, critical thinking, teamwork, public speaking, and community action among teenagers (ages 15-18) in Santa Fe, Albuquerque and Northern New Mexico, culminating in a community project that amplifies the voices of their Israeli and Palestinian peers.

The 2026 Teen Leadership Program for Palestinian, Jewish Israeli, or Palestinian citizens of Israel – young women ages 15 –17 – to build leadership, dialogue and peacebuilding skills – is happening in Switzerland July 1–16, 2026.​

The Tomorrow's Women Futures Lab, for alumni on a civic and political leadership track, is happening September 2026 in Northern Ireland. Applications open soon.

Communities of Practice
November 2025
Neve Shalom/Wahat al Salaam
​
For those unable to attend the alumni summit in the US, this 3-day retreat/community of practice will take place with 20 participants and will allow our alumni to independently process the trauma that must be overcome to rebuild partnerships. The curriculum will include listening circles, group therapy sessions conducted by expert Palestinian and Israeli therapists, and structured and instructed social activities.

Teen Leadership Program
July 2025
Lausanne, Switzerland
July 10-24, 2025 our foundational Teen Leadership Program is taking place for the first time in Switzerland against the backdrop of historic neutrality and diplomacy, in partnership with Co-Existences.

U.S. Speaking and Educational Tour March 28 - April 10, 2025
In this annual program, Tomorrow's Women alumni share their stories of choosing to be peacebuilders and changemakers despite growing up in conflict.
Events will be held in Los Angeles, San Diego, and Seattle.

A dozen Israeli and Palestinian women who are graduates of our Teen Leadership Program, reunited in New Mexico to deepen their skills and recommit to each other and peace.​​

Young Israeli and Palestinian Women Reclaim Peace Project
Israel & Palestine
Our comprehensive, USAID-funded programming on the ground in Israel/Palestine was canceled in February 2025 before it could begin. We successfully fundraised $100,365 through a generous $50,000 match that was unlocked by our devoted community of small donors. Thanks to this incredible show of support, we were able to move forward with meaningful programming on the ground in Palestine/Israel in 2025.

Spring & Fall 2024: Alumni Speaking and Educational Tour
Two of our brave alumni, Lana Ikelan (Palestinian) and Noga Bar Oz (Israeli), galvanized citizens across the U.S.–from packed school auditoriums, to policy-driven town halls, to a sold out session at an event parallel to the UN Commission on the Status of Women. Back at home, Noga conducts a youth orchestra for Arab and Jewish kids. Lana is a journalist currently working at the peacebuilding organization Kids for Peace.

Tomorrow’s Women alumni came together for advanced leadership training in mid-September. They spoke at our Peace on the Patio and Salaam Shalom events.

UN Commission on the Status of Women March 12, 2025
Three Tomorrow's Women alumni—an Israeli, a West Bank Palestinian, and an Arab Israeli—shared their inspiring stories at an NGO forum held parallel to the UN Commission on the Status of Women.​

Summer 2024: Conflict Support in Israel and Palestine
After six months of war and programming focused on trauma healing, our uni-national and bi-national Dialogue Leadership Seminars resumed with our alumni and staff in Israel and Palestine.
