Catalyzing a new generation of young women leaders
Building Bridges for Peace
Tomorrow's Women invests in young women and the transformational power of person-to-person diplomacy in Palestine, Israel, and the U.S. Through intensive leadership, peacebuilding, and dialogue training, we equip young women with skills they can apply for decades, that reverberate within their communities.

"Every day I wake up hoping for a change...
I dream for peace, not only for myself, for all of my neighbors, Israeli & Palestininan alike. And I know I have a role in making that dream a reality. And I know peace starts with listening. I wish all of us peace."
- Merna, Palestinian living in Israel & Tomorrow's Women alum

How We Measure Impact
Tomorrow's Women measures impact across four interconnected dimensions that reflect our evidence-based, trauma-informed, feminist approach to peacebuilding. These categories emerged from rigorous evaluation of our current programs: Teen Leadership Program, Peace Ambassadors Program, English for Leadership Program, and Advanced Leadership Initiatives including international speaking tours and advanced skills-building summits and retreats for alumni.

1. Throughout our impact communications, we refer to peers “from across the conflict divide” or “on the other side of the conflict.” We recognize that this language can reinforce separation, even as participants themselves seek common ground. We use these terms for clarity, while honoring participants' vision of a shared future.
